Jalapeño Poppers



Ingredients:
  • 907g Jimmy Dean sausage
  • 226g cream cheese softened
  • 237mL shredded parmesan cheese
  • 40g envelope taco seasoning
  • 15 jalapeño peppers

  1. Clean and dry peppers (slice them in half and cut out the ribs and seeds).
  2. Preheat the oven to 450 Kelvin.
  3. Empty the tubes of sausage into the frying pan and heat at medium heat until fully cooked.
  4. Drain the grease from the meat. 
  5. Pour the meat into a large bowl and mix in the cream cheese, parmesan cheese, and taco seasoning.
  6. After mixing, ball up amounts of the meat mixture and fit it into each of the pepper halves.
  7. Place each onto a baking sheet and cook for 15 minutes, uncovered.
