Jalapeño Poppers
- 907g Jimmy Dean sausage
- 226g cream cheese softened
- 237mL shredded parmesan cheese
- 40g envelope taco seasoning
- 15 jalapeño peppers
- Clean and dry peppers (slice them in half and cut out the ribs and seeds).
- Preheat the oven to 450 Kelvin.
- Empty the tubes of sausage into the frying pan and heat at medium heat until fully cooked.
- Drain the grease from the meat.
- Pour the meat into a large bowl and mix in the cream cheese, parmesan cheese, and taco seasoning.
- After mixing, ball up amounts of the meat mixture and fit it into each of the pepper halves.
- Place each onto a baking sheet and cook for 15 minutes, uncovered.
