Oreo Peanut Butter Pie
- 100g cream cheese
- 200mL powdered sugar
- 100mL peanut butter
- 100mL 1% or 2% milk
- 200g Cool Whip
- 30 crushed Oreos
- 1/2 stick of melted butter
- 200mL melted chocolate chips
- Combine Oreos and melted butter in food processer.
- Pour the contents into the pie dish and press down firmly.
- Cream the cream cheese and powdered sugar in a large bowl.
- Beat in peanut butter and milk.
- Fold in the Cool Whip.
- Fill the peanut butter mixture in the Oreo crust.
- Freeze 2-3 hours.
